Business Meetings:Any and all members of Hightstown Council who have received the honor of the First Degree are encouraged to attend and actively participate in monthly business meetings. This is the place where every Brother has the opportunity to have his ideas and concerns heard. While we realize that it is often difficult for some Brothers to make the time to attend every meeting, we strongly encourage each and every member to make a concerted effort to attend as many meetings as possible. We're happy to take your dues, but it's your ideas and participation that we -- the Council, and the Order -- truly rely on in order to continue in strength to serve our families, our community, our nation, and our God. Executive Board Meetings:The Executive Board consists of the Grand Knight, Deputy Grand Knight, Chancellor, Warden, Financial Secretary, Treasurer and Trustees. The purpose of the Board meetings is to ensure that all appropriate people are aware of critical items that will be discussed at the next business meeting. Other members of the Council are welcome to attend as observers. Please keep in mind, however, that these are not general business meetings; the opportunity for non-board members to participate is solely at the discretion of the Grand Knight.
