Installation of Council Officers
Saturday, September 6th, 2008 at 5:00PM
The Installation of Officers marks the formal beginning of the terms for the Officers
elected to lead the Council through the new year. All council members are
strongly encouraged to attend the 5:00PM Mass to pray with your selected
Officers for the continued success of our Council and our Order.
Immediately following the Mass, the installation itself will be conducted.
During this ceremony, the presiding District Deputy delivers the Charge of
Office to each newly elected officer of our council, and then bestows upon them
their Jewels of Office. A closing prayer completes the brief ceremony.
Following the ceremony, all members of the Council and their spouses are
invited to gather in the Church Hall. Dinner will be served at approximately 7:00PM.
